1. Call for your free consultation.
This meeting is where I will be able to meet you and your pets and how you care for
them. It allows me to become familiar with where you keep your pet care
paraphernalia. It also allows me to become familiar with your home, including plants
lighting, mail box, trash receptacles,TV's, Stereo's, blinds/curtains that I will be turning
and off and opening and shutting to give your home a "lived-in" look while your away.
2. Have two keys made for access to the areas I will be entering and exiting,
including garage door openers (if used). If no keys are given at initial meet you
may be charged a pick up and drop off fee.
3. LIST OF PET SITTING FORMS YOU WILL NEED FOR YOUR CONSULTATION.
Have all forms read, filled out and signed.
We will go over these at the consultation.
You will need the following forms for pet sitting service;
a. Policies and Procedures **(SIGNED)**
b. Pet Supply list
c. Pet Sitting Service Agreement **(SIGNED)**
d. Medical Waiver (if pet is on Meds)
e. Vet Release
f. Pet Profile
